Terms & Conditions of Pumblechookscafe.co.uk deliveries
PLACING ORDERS

Online
Customers are asked to place orders via our website menus. This ensures that we receive your order with all the required information, backed up by a fax copy, and also gives you, the customer, an immediate confirmation that your order is on our system.

By email
Orders will be accepted by normal email, but must include all relevant details i.e. date & time of delivery, number of people the order is for, full name & address, contact number and full details of your selection from the menus.
PLEASE NOTE, unless you receive a reply from us we have not received your email order.
If you haven’t heard from us within 2 hours of sending your order, please call 07767 797575 or one of the shops to check the situation.

By telephone
We do not take orders by telephone. Please do call us if you wish to discuss an order, or need a last minute delivery, but we will still need the order confirmed in writing with all the proper details before we will deliver.

Deliveries
We appreciate 24 hours' notice (especially for finger buffets), but we will try to accept orders up to 10am on the day of delivery.
Any cancellations or amendments to an order must be made via the contact page of our website or by calling 07767 797575 by 5pm the day before the delivery date. We do not accept same day cancellations or amendments.
The acceptance of any order is at Pumblechookscafe sole discretion.
Deliveries are between 6:30am – 4.00pm Monday - Saturday within the blue circle area marked on our website map. Deliveries to areas outside the blue circle and later in the day are possible by arrangement.
We will always endeavour to deliver prior to the requested time, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Cash orders must be paid in full upon delivery.
If paying by credit card, payment must be made by telephone prior to delivery.
Customers are asked not to keep our delivery people waiting.
If any part of an order is found to be missing (or is rejected) on delivery, the customer must inform pumblechookscafe immediately by calling our 07767 797575 or 020 7680 4004


Payment
Payment can be made by credit card over the telephone, or by cash upon delivery.
Strict thirty day credit terms are available to companies if required, once an application form has been filled out, processed and agreed.
